This brewer is also very useful if you wish to extend the number of gallons that you brew without investing in a larger brewer.

Compostwerks employs a medium sized bubble diffusion system to keep the water properly saturated with oxygen and reduce the time required to volatilize chlorine from municipal water sources. The main diffusers sit at the bottom of the barrel which keeps the compost tea homogenous.
Cleaning is greatly simplified because there is no plumbing exposed to the compost tea. The unit disassembles in seconds. A high pressure blast of water immediately after the compost tea had been dispensed will reduce the accumulation of bio-film. Cleaning takes less than five minutes.
Compostwerks uses high quality outdoor rated air pumps for our 55 gallon compost tea brewers. It is quite simple to integrate a small water heater if it is required.
All of our commercial compost tea brewers feature an extraction chamber which is driven by air to allow for gentle but efficient liberation of biology. There are no water circulation pumps which can harm biology. Less compost is needed because the extraction is so complete.
