Commmercial Compost Tea Sprayers
Compostwerks fabricates hydraulic sprayers which are specifically designed to handle the delicate microbiology encountered while applying compost tea. When you work with organic materials, you need a sprayer which can perform while handling abrasive substrates and high levels of particulate matter.
Designed for commercial use, these sprayers are equipped with readily accessible, oversized plumbing. This will reduce the time necessary to clean your sprayer after use. Diaphragm pumps and agitation systems ensure that microbes are gently but evenly distributed. All 90 degree fittings are gradually angled. Strainers are specially sized to allow larger microbes to pass through, but still effectively filter out larger particulate matter which can clog valves, nozzles and reduce the diaphragm life.
A number of custom options are available to suite your needs, such as modular nurse tanks in several sizes, boomless sprayers, full drain options, spray guns, root feeders, tank aerators, dual hose reels and larger capacity diaphragm pumps. Modular tanks come in 35, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 gallon sizes and come equipped with a powder coated steel frame. Perfectly suited for applications to larger areas, our PTO sprayers quickly mount onto standard three point hitch equipped machinery. These sprayers are available in 55 and 85 gallon sizes and are equipped with a reliable Udor Kappa 55 diphragm pump. A 1/2 inch diameter hose and reel can be mounted onto the powder coated steel framework for the ultimate in versitility 'Boominator' boomless spray nozzles or a variety of spray boom kits are available to suite your situation.
